Discozy

Discozy Privacy Policy

Effective October 2, 2026 · Version 1.0

Discozy is published by Tonyukuk Yazılım LTD. For privacy questions, contact contact@tonyukuk.dev.

Information kept on your device

Discozy saves your game progress, earned points, upgrades, language selection and sound and control preferences on your device. The game uses a device identifier locally to protect its saved records with encryption. Your saved records and that identifier are not sent to us.

Version 1.0 does not require an account. It contains no advertising, analytics, tracking or purchase integration, and does not upload gameplay information to a publisher server. It does not request access to your contacts, location, camera or microphone. Android may use the vibration permission for feedback.

Local records remain on the device until removed through the operating system. Android backup is disabled for this release. On other platforms, device backups and restoration, where available, are controlled by the operating system. Saves are protected using a device-bound key, so moving a backup to a different device may not restore playable progress.

App stores and device services

Apple and Google operate their stores, download services and platform diagnostics under their own policies. They may provide publishers with store statistics or crash reports through their standard developer services. Discozy does not add a separate reporting SDK or transmit its saved records for this purpose.

Website visits and support

Privacy and support links open your browser outside the game. Website hosting providers process the connection information needed to deliver pages and protect the service. This does not send your saved game or local device identifier.

If you email us, we receive the email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use this information to answer your request and keep it only as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements. We do not sell it or use it for advertising. Email and hosting providers may process information to deliver those services.

Do not send passwords, payment information or other sensitive material in a support request. You can contact us to request access, correction or deletion of information you have provided, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Children

The game does not ask players to provide personal information and has no accounts, chat or user-generated content. Children under 13 should ask a parent or guardian to contact support on their behalf. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If we learn that a child has sent personal information without parental consent, we will delete it. A parent or guardian can also contact us to request deletion.

Changes

If a future version introduces purchases or changes how information is handled, we will update this policy and the relevant store disclosures before releasing that version. The effective date of the published policy will appear on this page.
