Sheep move away from Kangal. Use the touch joystick to get behind them and guide the flock toward the gate. Take your time, watch the stragglers and leave room for them to turn.

Gather the flock

Work your way around the sheep instead of running straight into them. Bring scattered groups together, steer around trees and ponds, and lead every last sheep into the pen.

A dark wolf approaches the scattered flock while Kangal runs across the meadow to protect the sheep.

Keep wolves at a distance

The early meadows give you room to learn. Later, wolves can threaten the flock. Face the wolf and tap Bark to drive it away. Keep a charge ready, and lift your thumb to rest when Kangal needs stamina.

Earn XP for sheep brought safely home. Spend it on Bark range, recharge and capacity, Energy, or running speed. Choose the improvement that will help on your next meadow.

Each completed meadow leads to the next, with fresh terrain and more sheep to look after. If an attempt goes wrong, retry the same meadow and try a different approach. Kangal grows as you keep playing and investing in upgrades.

The Upgrades screen shows Bark range, recharge and capacity improvements bought with earned XP.

Bark & Baa is a sheep herding game about knowing where to stand, when to move and when a bark will help.

You play as Kangal. The sheep respond to your position, gather around one another and scatter when danger gets too close. A wide circle can do more than a hurried chase. The last few sheep often need the most attention.

Grass, wildflowers, birdsong and changing meadow scenery surround the flock. Some meadows are quiet; others need a watchful sheepdog. Your job stays the same: bring the sheep home safely.

Progress and sound settings stay on your device. Pause for a break, use Save & home to leave an attempt, and Continue when you return. The game is in English for players around the world.

Before you meet the flock

How do I guide the sheep?

Move Kangal with the touch joystick. Circle behind the sheep so they move toward the pen. Face the direction you want to bark, then tap Bark to move nearby sheep or drive away a wolf.

Can I play offline?

Yes. Herding, upgrades and saved progress work on your device without an account or an internet connection. Saves stay on that device; they do not sync between devices.

How do upgrades work?

Use XP earned by bringing sheep home to improve Kangal’s Bark range, recharge, capacity, Energy and running speed. Progress carries from one meadow to the next.

Where can I download it?

Bark & Baa: Sheep Herding is being prepared for the App Store and Google Play. Both download links will be added to this page after release. The game and this website are in English.
